Bach Flower Remedies: Animal Practitioner

Welcome to the Natural Animal Centre’s distance learning programme contained in three stages covering essential animal behaviour.  As a registered Bach Human Practitioner, once you have complete this course with the NAC, you may request to be added to the Bach Centre’s Animal Practitioner register.

New and Approved Bach Foundation Animal Practitioner Course.

Our new and updated course provides a direct route onto the Bach Flower Animal Practitioner register and offers the opportunity for us to help further the education and understanding of animal behaviour across industries.

This course, which in conjunction with your Bach Centre remedy knowledge puts you on a direct path to becoming a Bach Centre Animal Practitioner.  As you will be aware you need to be a formally qualified human practitioner to qualify for inclusion on the Bach Centre’s AP register.  If you have any questions please check with the Bach Centre.

We provide you with a grounding in animal behavioural science which, when combined with your Bach Remedies knowledge, allows you to treat animals as a BFRAP.  Over the course of study you will come to understand how the negative emotional states of Dr Bach’s system are equated to abnormal behaviours in animals.  The course has been designed to dovetail with both your knowledge of the remedies & Dr Bach’s system.

As a BFRAP, it is crucial that you are able to identify the normal behavioural ethogram for a species so you can separate out the abnormal or negative emotional states which need treating.  By the time you complete the course of study, you will have covered the ethograms for all the species you will commonly encounter in practice & empowered you to derive the ethograms for any other species with a little more research.   It is a truly comprehensive programme founded in pure behavioural science & your remedy knowledge.  Because it has been so carefully refined to meet your needs as a Bach Centre AP we have been able to keep it simple & as a result, enjoyable.

Without a formal grounding in animal behaviour it is almost impossible to avoid the pitfalls of being anthropomorphic – attributing human behaviours to animals. The behavioural science in this course will change the way you assess the animals that cross your path, for ever.

Once you have worked your way through:

  • All the three stages
  • Completed the online multiple choice study aids at the end of each Stage
  • Submitted the three behaviour case studies (marked for submission

You write the online Final Assessment which consists of multiple choice questions and short case studies.  Having passed the above you will be formally accredited by the Natural Animal Centre as a graduate of this course and we will notify the Bach Centre and send you your certificate as proof of your qualification.

If you are at all unsure about whether you meet the entry requirements for the course, please get in contact with us.
